An Endless Supply

1 Peter 5:10-11
“Now the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will personally restore, establish, strengthen, and support you after you have suffered a little. The dominion belongs to Him forever. Amen.”

Ephesians 1:7-8
“We have redemption in Him through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.”

John 1:16
“From His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.”

Have you ever wished you could get your hands on something that has an endless supply?

Financial resources, for the poor.
Water, for those in the desert.
Close friends, for the lonely.

pitchlakeOn the island of Trinidad is the world’s largest natural deposit of asphalt. Pitch lake contains 10 million tons of asphalt. For almost 100 years the people of Trinidad have been digging chunks out of the tar-like lake to pave the roads of the world. Yet, the crater never runs empty.

No matter how large a hole is made in the great cavity, it will be refilled from below within 72 hours. Workers have drilled as far as 285 feet into the pitch lake and found that the black gum-like substance is at least that deep. There seems to be an unlimited supply.

What is found in this special asphalt is more truly found in God’s grace.
It’s abundant, it’s infinite and is needed to smooth out our travel through life.

goodroadAre you driving along on a highway paved with the endless grace of Christ?

If not, turn to Him, confess Him as your Lord and begin to experience His forgiveness, love and grace without end.

Don’t worry, He won’t run out.

Dig in!
